Dockev is a developer tool built for people who want to install and use Docker but prefer to skip Docker Desktop for various reasons, like its licensing requirements for company use, its bloated software footprint, and its outdated UI that hasn't kept up with modern workflows. Dockev can connect to a Docker engine running through Colima, Podman, a remote SSH host, Docker engine inside WSL2, or even a Docker engine installed directly on your Linux host, giving you the flexibility to use whatever setup fits your environment best.
